Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Implement and maintain an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the hiring process Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality sector At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a large-scale organization Fluent in English (both spoken and written); plus Vietnamese Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Proven organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies Adaptability to work in a multicultural setting, with experience in the Asian market a must Additional Information What awaits you...
