Responsibilities

The Recruitment Manager ensures the growth and quality of prospective applicants for AHU. The Manager communicates the mission of AHU to prospective students, their families, guidance counselors and other key stakeholders on behalf of the University. Helps to generate new qualified inquiries & applicants for Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degree programs. Builds relationships with prospective students that have inquired about AHU and their desired program. The Manager discovers any needs or concerns on the part of the prospective students, communicates how AHU and their desired program can best meet those needs and encourages them to apply. Communicates with prospective students by face-to-face, phone, email, video, fax, and text. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
