  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Mass hiring experience is a must, preferably in real estate, retail, or customer-facing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of local hiring trends, job market, and UAE labor laws.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is actively seeking a strategic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition initiatives and support the company’s rapid growth across the UAE. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping our hiring strategy, building strong pipelines, and ensuring timely and effective recruitment for all departments.
Priority will be given to candidates with proven experience in mass hiring, particularly in the real estate or high-volume sales sectors within the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer rollout.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfill staffing needs.
  • Lead mass hiring campaigns and ensure efficient onboarding of high volumes of sales and operations staff.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Supervise and mentor junior recruiters and coordinate with the HR team for onboarding.
  • Represent the company in job fairs, open days, and employer branding events.
