The Role As a Recruitment Manager at AlphaHire, you will be responsible for owning recruiting performance across a pod or vertical, not just filling roles yourself. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends recruiting execution, team management, and operational discipline. You’ll manage recruiters, enforce SOPs, monitor KPIs, and ensure roles move efficiently from intake to placement. While you may still recruit on priority roles, your primary responsibility is output, quality, and consistency across the team. This role is ideal for someone with recruiting experience in healthcare or construction who understands that strong systems beat individual heroics. What You’ll Do Own recruiting delivery for assigned healthcare and/or construction roles Manage, coach, and performance-manage recruiters within your pod Ensure strict adherence to AlphaHire SOPs, workflows, and documentation standards Review pipelines daily to identify bottlenecks, drop-offs, and execution gaps Oversee candidate quality, screening standards, and submission accuracy Coordinate closely with account managers to align recruiting priorities with client needs Track and report on key metrics (submissions, interviews, offers, placements, velocity) Step in directly on high-priority or stalled searches when needed Identify process improvements and provide feedback to leadership Maintain clean, accurate data across all recruiting systems Who You Are 3–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or construction Prior experience leading recruiters, pods, or teams (formal or informal) Strong execution mindset — you care about results, not excuses Comfortable enforcing standards and holding people accountable Highly organized and detail-oriented; you notice small breakdowns before they become big problems Tech-comfortable and quick to adopt structured systems Clear, professional communicator (written and verbal) Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple active searches at once Process-driven — you prefer clarity, structure, and repeatability over improvisation What We Offer Leadership role within a fast-growing, system-driven recruiting agency Clear KPIs and performance expectations — no ambiguity Authority to run your pod and improve outcomes Support from leadership, automation, and documented processes Competitive compensation: [base + bonus / commission structure] Fully remote role Growth opportunity as AlphaHire scales teams and verticals Why This Role Is Different Most recruiting managers spend their time firefighting and covering for broken systems.
