ARCADE - RECRUITMENT MANAGER
You’ll be right at the heart of our People Team, working side by side with leaders across Arcade, from our founder and GMs to ops and support heads, helping them figure out exactly who they need and then finding those people.
You’ll be the go-to for all things Talent and recruitment, whether it’s hiring incredible chefs, front-of-house stars, sharp ops managers, or senior office roles (yes, even the C-suite). One day you might be interviewing someone who’ll run a kitchen, the next you’re mapping out a plan to find a brilliant head of department.
This is a people-first role that needs someone who’s super organised, loves putting in structure, but also genuinely enjoys chatting to people and getting to know what makes them tick. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling exciting role vacancies, but you won’t be doing it alone, we’re a close team, and we’ve got your back.
