We’re looking for an organized, personable, and creative individual who is excited to lead our caregiver hiring efforts, from application to onboarding and ensure ongoing compliance and excellence in care staffing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or HR administration, preferred
  • Language: Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
  • Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Altamonte Springs 5 days per week

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from reviewing applications & conducting interviews to onboarding skilled, compassionate caregivers.
  • Ensure compliance: Oversee monthly and annual compliance processes to maintain caregiver documentation, credentials, and training up to date.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the Client Care Manager to appropriately staff client needs with the right caregivers, based on skills, availability, and compatibility.
  • Team communication: Participate in a team-based approach to answering phones and supporting daily office operations.
  • Drive retention and culture: Build a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with new hires to support retention and team culture.
