We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing effective hiring strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent to meet business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5–8 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and oversee the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful hiring.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, policies, and processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and design job descriptions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Establish and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, recruitment agencies, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
  • Lead recruitment-related projects (e.g., implementation of ATS, diversity hiring initiatives, campus recruitment).
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection processes.
