We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who can support our water division and corporate hiring needs. This person will be managing daily recruiting activities, sourcing candidates and ensuring we find and onboard the best talent for our growing teams across multiple companies involved in multiple verticals and industries.
This role is an individual contributing role, although titles manager, this position will not have anyone reporting to them and the person will be expected to spend 100% of their time recruiting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 3-5 years in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using ATS systems and reporting tools
• Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for open positions
• Manage job postings and candidate tracking
• Assist with onboarding and candidate communications
• Maintain talent pipelines for key roles
• Support reporting and recruiting process improvements
