JOB SUMMARY
We are immediately hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Branch Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role focuses on overseeing daily branch operations, including managing recruiters, developing client relationships, and implementing strategies to grow the branch. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting individuals with the right job opportunities.
BRANCH MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years of related experience in recruiting or staffing.
Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve targets
Experience with recruiting strategies and an understanding of the talent acquisition process.
Proven sales skills and the avikity to close deals and negotiate contracts.
Strong computer skills with experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Hands-on experience with interviewing, candidate assessments, and reference checks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) language skills are a plus, but not required.
