Recruitment Manager – Genuine Pathway to State Manager

Brisbane | Up to $150,000 + super + commission + team bonus

Our client, an award-winning recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced leader to manage a high-performing team while remaining hands-on in the market.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a successful billing manager or senior recruiter ready to take the next step in their leadership career. You will inherit an established team that is performing exceptionally well, with a genuine pathway to progress into the State Manager role.

The opportunity

You will lead a team of experienced consultants in Brisbane. The team recruits across:

• Permanent and temporary Insurance
• Temporary Corporate Services
• Permanent Corporate Services

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead from the front, develop an already successful team and continue building your own desk ideally across one of the following markets:

• Human Resources
• Accounting
• Insurance
• Corporate Services

You will be managing experienced, established recruiters, including Principal-level consultants. This is not a turnaround assignment or an opportunity that requires you to rebuild an underperforming team. The platform is already strong, and your mandate will be to help take it to the next level.

About you

You will ideally be already operating as a Manager or Team Leader in a billing manager role

You will ideally bring:

• Experience leading, mentoring or developing recruiters
• A successful personal billing track record
• Australian recruitment market experience
• Expertise across HR, Accounting, Insurance or Corporate Services
• A collaborative, visible and hands-on leadership style
• The commercial drive and ambition to progress into State Management

Package and incentives

• Base salary of up to $150,000 + super
• Quarterly personal commission with a threshold of only twice base salary
• Attractive commission tiers above threshold
• Additional team performance bonus
