BUYME is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join us for a temporary position as a maternity leave replacement. The role includes managing full-cycle recruitment processes across the company, working closely with hiring managers, conducting HR interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role definition to employee onboarding Recruit for a wide range of positions, including technological roles Conduct in-person and phone interviews Work closely with hiring managers and gain a deep understanding of business needs Publish job openings across various recruitment channels Accompany candidates throughout the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience Work with recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Requirements At least 1 year of experience in recruitment Proven experience in tech recruitment – mandatory Experience conducting in-person interviews Availability for a temporary position as a maternity leave replacement Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with hiring managers in a tech organization Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment Service-oriented mindset with a strong connection to the HR field
