Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in talent acquisition and HR operations, with at least 5 years in the same company in Dubai and a total of 8 years of HR/recruitment experience in the UAE.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ HR/recruitment experience in the UAE, including at least 5 years in the same company in Dubai.
  • Proven track record in successful talent acquisition and recruitment management.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management systems.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language such as Arabic, German, or French will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Proactively identify and attract top talent for various company positions.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Prepare and generate professional CV summaries for management review.
  • Manage job postings, recruitment channels, and talent pipelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Support HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law in all hiring practices.
