Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Operations:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive remote talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals and growth objectives
· Establish and refine recruiting processes, metrics (OKRs/KPIs), and best practices for a fully remote environment
· Partner with executive leadership and department heads on workforce planning and hiring strategy
· Analyze recruitment data to provide insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring processes
Team Management & Development:
· Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed team of recruiters and coordinators
· Set clear performance metrics and goals for the talent acquisition team
· Drive ongoing learning and development initiatives for team members
Execution & Excellence:
· Oversee full-cycle recruitment for leadership and critical positions
· Enhance our employer brand in the remote work landscape through innovative sourcing strategies
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
· 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a recruitment leadership role
· Proven experience building and scaling TA functions in a remote or distributed environment
· Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
· Expertise in remote recruitment strategies across multiple time zones and regions
· Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
· Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
· Proficiency with modern ATS and recruitment tools
