DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Recruitment Manager to lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles in a fast-paced health care environment. This role will manage one recruiter and also carry an active requisition load. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment expertise, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in the healthcare industry. This is a remote position, with minimal travel required. Candidate will be based in the ET or CT time zones and will report to the HR Director.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in the healthcare industry.
  • 2+ years of people management or mentorship experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, including clinical and administrative positions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and health care hiring best practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and develop one recruiter, ensuring recruitment targets and service levels are met.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for key roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on talent strategy.
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans, including sourcing strategies, pipeline development, and employer branding.
  • Ensure compliance with health care hiring regulations and organizational policies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience through onboarding.
  • Leverage technology and tools (e.g., ATS, job boards, social media) to streamline recruiting processes.
