What You’ll Do Build & Own the Employer Brand Develop and execute a dynamic employer branding strategy that positions us as a top employer across key talent markets. Define and bring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life through compelling storytelling and visuals. Create & Curate Amazing Content Produce original, on-brand content—videos, blogs, social media posts, employee spotlights, etc.—that highlight our culture and team. Collaborate with employees to uncover real, authentic stories that represent who we are and why people love working here. Be Social (Literally) Own and grow our presence on social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and Indeed. Engage with talent communities online and activate employee advocacy programs. Collaborate Fearlessly Partner with Human Resources, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure consistent and engaging brand messaging across all channels. Support recruitment campaigns, events, and brand initiatives that excite and inspire. Analyze & Optimize Use data and insights to measure campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI. Requirements Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or digital/content marketing. Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, and employer brand tools. Experience with analytics tools to track and report campaign performance. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
