Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Benefact Group are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Assistant to join our Gloucester office.
This is a perfect opportunity for a Marketing Graduate or equivalent to play an important supporting role in attracting top talent to our organisation through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be supporting the development and execution of innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance our employer brand, engage with potential candidates, and drive qualified applicants to join our Group.
This role combines recruitment marketing with an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to support in developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance our employer brand, promote diversity both inside and outside our workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and delivering social media and comms, including targeted social media and supporting other comms campaigns.
  • Developing and updating our global career site.
  • Building awareness of our employer brand, especially to markets of targeted talent. Help with storytelling and content across all corners of the business that help demonstrate our EVP.
  • Generating high-quality, relevant, and engaging content across various formats, such as blog posts, news stories, job ads, social media posts, videos, infographics, with adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with internal or external stakeholders on marketing and brand to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of content with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Ad hoc administrative support to the wider recruitment team.
