JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Executive to lead innovative marketing strategies that attract carers and nurses to join Superior Healthcare. This role involves developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, social media content, job board advertising, and recruitment events to support our hiring objectives. You will work closely with the internal recruitment team and external partners to enhance candidate engagement and ensure a robust pipeline.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of job boards, paid advertising, and digital recruitment strategies.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns and paid advertising across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, including campaign management, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and experience managing websites via WordPress.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling advertising and marketing content.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar platforms) for candidate data management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, PPC advertising, and email marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, video production, or content creation is advantageous.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
