Job Description We are seeking an innovative and goal-oriented Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead our global recruitment marketing strategy, with a particular focus on attracting top talent to our organisation. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that showcase our employer brand and connect us with the best candidates in the industry. Develop and implement a data-driven, global recruitment marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Marketing teams to enhance our employer brand and position us as an employer of choice Create compelling, localised content for various recruitment marketing channels, including social media, career websites, and job boards Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract diverse talent across different regions and job functions Analyse recruitment marketing metrics and generate actionable insights to optimise our talent acquisition efforts Partner with internal stakeholders to develop engaging job descriptions and recruitment collateral that accurately reflect our culture and values Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment marketing initiatives Stay abreast of emerging trends in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing, incorporating innovative approaches to our strategy Oversee the budget allocation and resource management for recruitment marketing activities Lead the submission process for top-tier employer recognition awards to highlight our unique strengths in the job market Qualifications 7-12 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related fields Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment marketing strategies Strong understanding of employer branding principles and employee value proposition (EVP) development Excellent knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media marketing and content creation Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other job boards Demonstrated ability to analyse data and derive meaningful insights to inform decision-making Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with diverse teams Solid understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruitment best practices Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and applicant tracking systems Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Knowledge of the Indian job market and global recruitment trends (preferred) Additional Information At Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their well-being, professional growth, and financial stability.
