The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is a junior to mid-level professional who plays a key role in attracting and winning the right talent by building and amplifying our employer brand across digital channels. This role is part strategy, part creative and part data analysis – and helps Omnicell attract and engage talent through compelling recruitment marketing campaigns.
Reporting to the Manager, Employer Brand & Talent Marketing , you’ll play a key role in building recruitment marketing campaigns, and using data and creativity to drive measurable impact. You’ll collaborate closely with Communications, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional teams—and you’ll be empowered to shape the candidate journey through your storytelling and strategic mindset.
This role is perfect for a creative, data-driven, and execution-focused marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to grow within a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition, or related field.
  • Strong writing, storytelling and content creation skills – with an eye for visual design and brand voice.
  • Experience with social media strategy.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong project planning skills.
  • AI-forward thinker and experienced in using ChatGPT, Copilot, or other AI tools to scale content or increase efficiency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing and Paid Media.
