ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Recruitment & Offer Management Administrator to join dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background with proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and offer administration. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth hiring journey while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms and ensure timely updates.
  • Oversee candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and providing timely feedback.
  • Handle offer management process, including drafting, reviewing, and issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Ensure all pre-employment documentation, reference checks, and onboarding formalities are completed smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and offer management records in HR systems.
  • Prepare recruitment-related reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
  • Support HR in employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
