Description
The Recruitment Officer plays a vital role in driving the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent for AYANA Komodo. Reporting to the Assistant Recruitment Manager, this position supports the full recruitment cycle. The role ensures all recruitment activities are conducted efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with AYANA’s values and service excellence standards. In addition, the Recruitment Officer provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department, contributing to smooth HR processes and positive employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience, while administering and maintaining the ATS platform to manage all recruitment stages, from job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination, through to offer, contract signing, and onboarding preparation. Support the Assistant Recruitment Manager in developing and executing effective recruitment and employer branding strategies to attract qualified candidates. Prepare interview materials and coordinate interview schedules with department heads and HR management to ensure a structured and timely process. Facilitate all pre-employment processes including testing, reference checks, pre-employment medical examinations, and documentation. Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure smooth onboarding for new employees. Recruitment team responsibility will end in the stage of contract signing and engage & escort them until the 1st day arrival Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Hotel Management, or related field. 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment platforms, preferably using workable Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a passion for people and service excellence.
