POSITION SUMMARY:

The Recruitment Officer will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar manpower across cleaning, technical, housekeeping, fit-out and security services. This role requires strong coordination with overseas recruitment agencies, expertise in international hiring formalities and active participation in overseas recruitment drives. The ideal candidate must possess a sound understanding of diverse blue-collar job roles and recruitment processes, especially for high-volume mobilization projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, HR or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably within Facilities Management or construction industry.
  • Proven knowledge of overseas hiring processes including eMigrate system, attestation procedures and international recruitment documentation.
  • Familiar with major blue-collar trades (HVAC Technicians, Cleaners, Fit-out, Security Guards, Housekeepers, Electricians, MEP, Plumbers, etc.).
  • Strong network and coordination experience with overseas manpower agencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS systems.
  • Willingness to travel overseas frequently for recruitment drives.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and execute blue-collar recruitment campaigns for Cleaning, Technical, Housekeeping, Fit-out and Security services.
  • Collaborate with overseas manpower agencies for mobilization planning, interviews and onboarding.
  • Handle all overseas recruitment documentation including demand letters, eMigrate procedures, embassy/chamber of commerce attestations and visa formalities in liaison with PRO.
  • Conduct overseas interviews and participate in recruitment drives to identify skilled manpower.
  • Develop job descriptions and candidate profiles for various blue-collar trades and skill categories.
  • Manage the sourcing lifecycle using job portals, social media platforms, recruitment agencies and walk-ins.
  • Evaluate CVs, conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on trade test performance and job requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal operational teams and project managers to forecast and align manpower needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with selected candidates until deployment, ensuring timely documentation and visa processing.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment status and reporting.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards, trade-wise hiring reports, and deployment trackers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date tracker of all recruitment activities and ensure timely sharing with the HR Head, Operations team, or other relevant stakeholders upon request.
  • Support orientation and pre-deployment briefing in collaboration with HR and operations.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices are in line with UAE labor law and company compliance guidelines.
