You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we secure skilled professionals who align with our deep-rooted business fundamentals and forward-thinking vision. Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and define specific job requirements and candidate profiles. * Create, post, and manage compelling job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and professional networks. * Proactively source potential candidates through online channels, such as professional networks, social media, and CV databases. * Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and cultural fit. * Coordinate the interview process with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. * Represent Yousef Al-Rajhi Group professionally at career fairs and industry events to promote our employer brand. Qualifications * Proven work experience as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role within a professional environment. * A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and the full hiring lifecycle. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. * Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels. * Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
