REQUIREMENTS OF THE RECRUITMENT OFFICER INCLUDE: -

  • Proven recruitment experience – minimum of two years in a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role, ideally within professional services
  • HR knowledge – experience in a broader HR role is advantageous to support wider HR functions
  • Tech-savvy approach – proficient in HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and online sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to manage multiple priorities, remain calm under pressure, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Responsibilities

ROLE

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Officer to join their busy Human Resources team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will be instrumental in driving recruitment strategies, identifying and attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to enhance the employer brand and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECRUITMENT OFFICER INCLUDE: -

  • End-to-end recruitment management – sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent through various channels, including online platforms and professional networks
  • Stakeholder collaboration – partnering with hiring managers and internal teams to develop and implement resourcing strategies
  • Onboarding & integration – overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new joiners
  • Employer branding & early careers support – contributing to employer branding initiatives and assisting with early careers programmes
