Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting and CV screening to interviews, offer issuance, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit technical, engineering, supervisory, and skilled workforce positions based on project requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project teams.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess qualifications, experience, and suitability.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with selected candidates for documentation, employment offers, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements across projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE construction or infrastructure sector.
• Experience recruiting engineers, technical staff, supervisors, and skilled workers.
• Good knowledge of CV sourcing, headhunting, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
