We are now looking to welcome a Recruitment Officer to our team to help us continue to grow our exceptional teams across our centres.
Reporting to the Group People Officer, this is a full-time position based in our Central Support Office in Adamstown, Lucan, Co. Dublin.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE & ONBOARDING

  • Ensure a warm, professional, and timely candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Ensure vetting, reference checks, qualifications, and onboarding documents are processed efficiently.
  • Support and improve the onboarding journey to help new team members feel welcomed, informed, and ready to thrive from day one.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally in a high-volume, multi-site, or childcare / education setting
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of Irish employment law and familiarity with Tusla compliance processes is a strong advantage
  • Be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Must have eligibility to work full-time in the EU
  • The successful candidate will be required to attend ongoing Recruitments events in Ireland & across Europe
  • Knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage
