RECRUITMENT OFFICER ROLE OVERVIEW: CAREER OPPORTUNITY IN TALENT ACQUISITION

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and dynamic Recruitment Officer to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and securing high-quality candidates for our clients (local, regional, and national) to recruit apprentices across a range of funded and commercial opportunities within our chosen sectors.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards and supporting our mission to develop talent that makes a positive impact in the education and care sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: RECRUITMENT, CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT, AND STAFFING SOLUTIONS

  • Develop, advertise, and manage job postings using a variety of sourcing channels to attract diverse candidates.
  • Screen CVs/applications and conduct pre-interview assessments to ensure candidates meet the role requirements and values of our client’s organisations.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates, providing a professional and engaging candidate experience at all times.
  • Liaise with our clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain and update all internal systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Support all apprentice eligibility checks.
  • Book, facilitate, and attend required apprenticeship and business events
  • Generate business with new & existing clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
  • Cross-departmental working.
  • Manage business enquiries to ensure prospective learners are provided with appropriate information, advice, and guidance.
  • Promote an inclusive recruitment process, championing equality, diversity, and safeguarding across all activities.
