Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across Australia and international locations
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future workforce needs using ActionHRM
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to assess candidate suitability and support recruitment planning
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with pre-employment and onboarding requirements
  • Oversee onboarding and induction processes, ensuring all required documentation and training is completed
  • Ensure position descriptions are current and assist in the development of new role profiles when required
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, compliance standards, and best practices to support quality hires
