As a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist, you’ll manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth, positive experience for candidates and new hires. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, represent Goodwill at community events, and help build a strong pipeline of future employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or onboarding experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring activities quickly and efficiently
  • Facilitate background checks, reference checks, and offer letters
  • Lead new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences
