Recruitment Operations Lead
This role will focus on operational efficiencies, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment outcomes and experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment operations, process improvement methodologies, and project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field. An additional 5 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR project management, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR technology, and recruitment metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
