Hudson RPO is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Partner to join our high-performing onsite team supporting the Client’s broad Banking and Financial Services business. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead recruitment initiatives, and play a key part in shaping the talent strategy within a dynamic, fast-paced financial services environment.
As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities—supporting and mentoring others while managing complex recruitment needs across a wide range of business units.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and delivering full lifecycle recruitment across multiple banking and financial services divisions
  • Acting as a strategic talent partner and advisor to senior business leaders and hiring managers
  • Providing expert guidance on talent market insights, trends, and competitor movements
  • Driving direct sourcing and headhunting strategies to attract high-calibre talent across niche and high-impact roles
  • Building and maintaining robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
  • Championing a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Coaching, guiding, and mentoring other recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Partnering with internal HR and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and bringing forward innovative ideas and best practices
