Recruitment Partner (Financial Services)

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our RPO team and play a key role in shaping the talent strategy for a leading organisation in the Financial Services sector. This role partners directly with senior leaders to drive smart, strategic hiring outcomes in a fast‑moving environment.

About the roleAs a Recruitment Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders—helping them understand the market, make confident hiring decisions, and secure the talent they need to grow. You’ll own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, bringing a mix of strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and hands‑on delivery.

This role suits someone who thrives in a high‑volume, high‑impact environment and enjoys working closely with the business to solve problems, influence decisions, and elevate the overall talent experience. You’ll bring deep expertise in financial services recruitment and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

• What you’ll be doingPartnering with executives and leaders to understand workforce needs and shape hiring strategies.
• Acting as a strategic advisor—sharing market insights, talent mapping, and data‑driven recommendations.
• Leading end‑to‑end recruitment for volume, specialist, and hard‑to‑fill roles, balancing capability and cultural fit.
• Engaging confidently stakeholders to assess talent effectively.
• Designing creative sourcing strategies to reach diverse and hard‑to‑find talent pools.
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines aligned to future business priorities.
• Championing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience across every touchpoint.
• Contributing to broader talent initiatives, employer branding, and continuous improvement projects.
