We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to identify, engage, and place top talent in technical roles through strategic sourcing and thorough evaluation. The role focuses on crafting effective job descriptions, screening candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. This position is essential for meeting recruitment needs by connecting qualified professionals with the right opportunities. What You’ll Do You’ll be the kind of person who: Partner with hiring managers to understand position needs and develop targeted job descriptions. Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to create a diverse talent pool. Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, experience, and alignment with role requirements. Prepare and submit candidate profiles with detailed recommendations to hiring managers. Arrange and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders. Maintain accurate recruitment records, including candidate tracking and reporting, using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Handle administrative tasks such as updating job postings, responding to candidate inquiries, and organizing recruitment documentation. Keep abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve talent acquisition strategies. Requirements What You Bring We’re looking for someone with: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology is preferred. 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or related talent acquisition roles. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of technical roles and skills, including but not limited to software development, IT, and engineering, to assess candidate qualifications. Ability to analyze recruitment data and refine sourcing strategies for better outcomes. Problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in candidate sourcing and placement.
