  We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition and Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This dual role position provides support to the recruitment and payroll functions with a people-first approach- ensuring a positive experience for candidates and assisted living community department directors.
  The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about building meaningful connections with applicants, supporting hiring needs across our assisted living communities through open interviews, job fairs, and community outreach events. Assist assisted living communities with payroll and timekeeping processes to ensure accurate and timely pay.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology or related field, required
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or payroll support preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to help others
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, timekeeping and HRIS
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Reliable transportation for travel to assisted living communities, job fairs and outreach events
