Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Specialist IT & Digital (Tech) Recruitment / Principal Consultant to join our team in Singapore. As a Specialist IT & Digital Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, advising, and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance to ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 3-5 years in IT and Digital recruitment, preferably within a specialized agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT and Digital landscape, including technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Provide ongoing support and communication to placed candidates to ensure their successful integration into client organizations.
