We’re Move — an embedded talent consultancy on a mission to evolve how the world’s businesses recruit. We work with some of the most innovative organisations out there, from crypto change-makers, Google-backed unicorns, and some of the best and brightest in Fintech and SaaS. We’re looking for a motivated and curious Junior Recruiter to join our team in Cape Town. This role will support both Move’s internal hiring and client recruitment projects, making it a unique opportunity to learn hands-on from experienced recruiters while contributing to live work. You’ll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and market research to candidate engagement and employer branding. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate who wants to kick-start their career in recruitment and talent. What you’ll be doing: Sourcing and identifying potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals. Screening CVs and supporting with interview scheduling. Assisting with Move’s internal hiring needs. Building candidate pipelines and supporting recruiters on client projects. Conducting market research and talent mapping. Updating and maintaining recruitment systems (ATS) and reporting. Supporting employer branding initiatives (content, events, campaigns). Learning core recruitment skills through structured training and mentorship. A recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Curious about people, careers, and businesses. Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media professionally. Resilient, resourceful, and eager to learn. A proactive team player, adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Based in Cape Town, with the ability to work in a remote setup. Nice to have (but not essential): Experience from internships, part-time jobs, or university societies. Any exposure to recruitment, HR, or people-related work. 💰 Salary: up to R15k-18k per month ctc, depending on experience. Remote working environment (Cape Town-based).
