We are now looking to expand our team with a driven and proactive Recruitment Resource Consultant who is eager to develop their career in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resource Consultant, you’ll work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to source, screen, and place candidates in a wide range of construction roles. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring we continue to deliver a first-class service to both clients and workers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Pre-screen and qualify candidates to match client requirements
  • Maintain regular contact with active and standby workers, ensuring compliance and availability
  • Assist consultants with booking staff onto projects, confirming shifts, and handling any issues
  • Keep candidate records up to date in our CRM/ATS systems
  • Support in advertising roles and managing job postings across platforms
  • Liaise with payroll and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes

About You
We’re looking for someone confident, organised, and people-focused, with the drive to succeed in a busy recruitment environment. You don’t need to have recruitment experience, but previous exposure to construction, trades, or a similar industry would be highly beneficial.

You should have:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM or ATS experience beneficial)
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-moving environment
  • A genuine interest in construction and recruitment
