We are seeking an organised, proactive, and confident Recruitment Resourcer to support our Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on shortlisting, screening, and engaging candidates across retail and head office functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Shortlist and telephone screen candidates to assess suitability (primarily retail and head office positions). Conduct interviews confidently via phone or video Use LinkedIn and other sourcing tools for proactive headhunting.Maintain and update the ATS (Workable/LinkedIn), ensuring notes and candidate records are accurate and compliant Support the recruitment team in managing and end to end recruitment process, while regularly updating candidates on the status of their application Understand business needs and help identify talent that aligns with those requirements Provide an exceptional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process, with regular communication Ensure recruitment activity aligns with employment law, GDPR, and internal compliance Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple ever changing priorities Requirements Highly organised with strong attention to detail Experience working in a fast paced environment Confident communicator verbal(comfortable speaking with candidates at all levels) and written (taking notes while speaking to candidates) Proactive and self-motivated with a positive approach Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or in a similar role Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or other headhunting tools Knowledge of employment law and GDPR within the recruitment process Free 24 hour virtual GP access Summer hours - 3pm Friday Finish Payday half days throughout the year Enviable discounted products Harrods discount Sample sales Gym discounts Enhanced pension scheme including life assurance Our Culture We’re an energic fast-paced brand that embraces progress and strives for innovation.
