JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Resourcer to join our team. The Resourcer will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, identifying, and engaging with potential operatives. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to utilise various recruitment tools effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates
• Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Some experience of providing administrative support in an HR or Recruitment environment would be advantageous
• Previous experience within recruitment or telesales is desirable but not essential

  Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

• Maintain operative databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  -Provide shortlist of operatives for suitable roles detailed by the labour team.
