We have a vacancy for a part time Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator within our Somerset branch , the office is based in the Highbridge area of Somerset close to the train station.
As a start up satellite office for ITS we are looking to build the team starting with a strong Recruitment resourcer / admin support, the role would be a part-time role for the businesses needs at present and salary would be per rota.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • With the role being some days out of office - UK driving licence is preferred.
  • Must be able to work on your own initiative, you be required to work in office on your own.
  • Well organised in a fast paced ever changing environment.
  • personal able can do attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Branch Manager in filling the Construction roles.
  • Assisting in payroll and general admin duties.
  • Liaising with the candidates and clients keeping a good level of service and aftercare within the business.
  • Registering new candidates, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Attending job fairs, Social inclusion work shops, as well as working closely with local charities and colleges.
