Temporary Recruitment Resourcer Required
Temporary Recruitment Resourcer required to join our team, based in our on-site Hinckley office.
This is a Temporary role starting from the 15th of September till 22nd of December, approximately 4-month contract.
Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone with previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential, we are looking for an ambitious individual looking to start their career in recruitment. You’ll be working closely with the Account Manager and a dedicated team, supplying temporary and permanent staff across our local and National Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing and growing candidate attraction via social media and job boards.
· Screening CVs and conducting initial suitability calls.
· Carrying out online and face-to-face interviews.
· Ensuring HR compliance (right to work, documentation checks, etc.)
· Maintaining regular contact with candidates until and after placement.
· Handling daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Working Hours:
· Core hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay:
£12.21ph Weekly Pay
