Recruitment Resourcer – Healthcare | Hybrid | Cremorne

Evolve Nursing Agency connects skilled nurses and carers with rewarding opportunities across Australia. We're growing our team and looking for a Recruitment Resourcer who genuinely enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and helping others succeed.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role. You'll be the first friendly voice many candidates hear from Evolve — sourcing talent, guiding them through onboarding, and helping build the trusted network that keeps our healthcare clients staffed.

About the role

You'll often be a candidate's first point of contact, helping them understand what opportunities are available and supporting them every step of the way. Working closely with our Compliance and Scheduling teams, you'll help ensure candidates are shift-ready and have a smooth experience from application through to placement.

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing nurses, carers and healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals and our database
• Conducting phone screens and interviews
• Building genuine, lasting relationships with candidates
• Managing onboarding and supporting documentation requirements
• Keeping candidate records accurate and up to date
• Partnering with Compliance and Scheduling to build a strong, reliable pool of healthcare professionals — helping the team hit and exceed budget

What you'll bring

• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people
• A genuine interest in helping others and building relationships
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Recruitment, healthcare or customer service experience is a plus — not essential
