We are a specialist healthcare recruitment agency providing high-quality temporary Nurses and Carers to private care homes, nursing homes, and mental health hospitals across the UK. With growing demand from our clients, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Resourcer to support our Account Managers in sourcing top-quality healthcare professionals.

As a Resourcer, you’ll be focused purely on candidate attraction and resourcing. Working closely with Account Managers, you’ll ensure a steady pipeline of qualified Nurses and Carers is available to meet client demand.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, CV databases, social media, and referrals
• Write and post engaging job adverts to attract Nurses and Carers
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews
• Build and maintain a candidate talent pool
• Ensure all compliance documentation is obtained (DBS, references, right-to-work, etc.)
• Support candidates through registration and onboarding
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers to meet booking demands
