We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team, supporting recruitment campaigns across the construction and healthcare industries. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping people find the right opportunities.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for supporting our Recruitment Consultants in sourcing top talent for both temporary and permanent positions in the construction and healthcare markets.

• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and our internal database
• Write engaging job adverts and post to multiple platforms
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Support consultants in managing bookings, compliance checks, and onboarding processes
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market changes
  About You:
  We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn – previous resourcing or recruitment experience is ideal, especially in construction or healthcare, but not essential.
