Temporary Recruitment Resourcer - RemotePay: £14.00 per hourContract: TemporaryLocation: Remote / Home-based

We are looking for a confident and organised recruitment Resourcer to provide temporary support to a busy recruitment team. This is a fast-paced role involving high volumes of candidate calls, screening applicants and arranging interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Making a high volume of outbound calls to candidates
• Screening candidates against role requirements
• Discussing vacancies and assessing candidate suitability
• Booking and coordinating interviews
• Updating candidate information and recruitment records
• Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Supporting the wider recruitment team with general administration

About You

• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently within a remote environment
• Comfortable working to targets and managing a busy workload
• Previous recruitment, resourcing, telesales or high-volume customer service experience would be advantageous

This would suit someone who enjoys speaking to people, works well at pace and is confident about managing a high volume of candidate activity from home.
