Location: Remote with occasional travel to Becket House, Worthing

This role is integral in identifying and engaging top talent within the property management sector. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates for property management roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilise various recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and networking strategies to attract candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Work closely with recruitment partners and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and organised candidate database.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and market insights to enhance recruitment strategies
