As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for cv searching for jobs by sourcing and attracting candidates, running compliance and reporting to the Senior Consultant . You will have the opportunity to work on the Industrial Temp Division, having the chance to grow and develop your career within a company that values innovation and results.

RECRUITMENT RESOURCER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Previous experience working in an Industrial or Manufacturing Recruitment environment (Resourcer or Account Manager)
• Strong track record of attracting and sourcing candidates
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Ambitious, resilient, and a results-driven mindset

• CV searching using cv search platform and tools
• Running and managing compliance and completing relevant checks
• Data input
• Candidate attraction for suitable roles
• Meeting team targets in a fast-paced environment
• Staying up to date with industry trends and market developments
• Going on client meetings/drops with Senior Consultant to clients and prospect clients
