Pinpoint Solutions Contracting LTD are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team to play an important part in our continued rapid growth, as well as sharing in the rewards of a successful growing business.
We place approx 40-60 candidates per week in short, medium and long term temporary roles so for the right person there is an opportunity to earn commission from the very beginning and increase overall remuneration well beyond the basic salary. You will get basic salary + commission for the duration of the contract for every person placed in a role, along with a share of profits through the company’s annual company bonus scheme.
This would suit an experienced existing Recruitment Resourcer/Recruiter of c. 1 year experience and/or looking to rapidly increase commission/earnings through moving into a sales role. You will need to have determination and drive to succeed as you will be working very closely with the sales consultants.
We mainly work in the construction and logistics industries so any experience in these areas would be highly beneficial.

Although some of the job involves administrative tasks below this role will most suit someone who understands a fast paced sales environment:

  • Answering inbound calls and registering new candidates,
  • IT/Administrative duties such as emails, paperwork, Teams, Excel.
  • Profiling candidate skills for active job roles and placing them in suitable roles.
  • Liaising with team members and clients to assist in smooth running of busy recruitment office.
