Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working collaboratively with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure adequate supply of qualified clinical talent is added to our recruitment pipeline, manage the candidate journey and support onboarding with our clinical service teams. So key to your success you will need to:

• Support and report to the Senior Recruiter delivering to weekly KPI’s.
• Ensure adherence to our recruitment processes including Authority to Recruit, Talent Engagement, ATS management, Marketing Guidelines, Communication standards, Appointment of Candidates and HR Compliance standards.
• Write professional, creative and compelling job adverts which will maximise the response from quality candidates ensuring that it complies with all relevant legislation.
• Draft interview selection and scoring templates based on objective / behavioural criteria which test out a candidate fit with the brand values.
• Undertake screening interviews via phone / video interviews for all shortlisted candidates.
• Attend recruitment meetings with the Team to report issues, discuss projects, and provide detail on recruitment activities as requested

Psicon is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support our clinical recruitment operations by promoting our opportunities to to several different clinician groups specialising in ADHD and ASD assessments. You will be joining Psicon at a time of considerable growth, so you must have the ability to innovate and change with us.
