RECRUITMENT RESOURCER – £24,250 + BONUS (OTE £32,000)

Location: Exchange Quay - M5 3EB
Hours: Full-time 38 hours per week (Part Time considered) 3pm Friday finish

• Write and post adverts that attract quality candidates.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to match the right people with the right roles.
• Support business development by identifying new client opportunities and generating leads.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Help coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
